Pre-customized orders: Change your mind about buying at this time? Please reach out to us within 48 hours of your purchase to process a full refund request. If you received your order and are dissatisfied with your item, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. If you would like to proceed with a return, please return the Bible to the return address within 5 days of your purchase, and a full refund will be issued to your account. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs of the return. 

Custom orders: Because of the heavily personalized nature of custom orders, as well as the highly involved role of customers in creating the order, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom orders. Thank you for your understanding!
