Terms & Conditions

What to Include in Our Terms & Conditions

Crafting and selling handmade Bibles comes with its own set of considerations and legalities. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to outline the rights and responsibilities of both Planter Bibles and our valued customers. It's important to understand the legal boundaries and expectations when engaging with our products and services. While we aim to provide helpful and accurate information, our Terms & Conditions should not be considered as legal advice. Each transaction and interaction is unique, and we recommend seeking professional legal counsel to tailor the terms to your specific business needs.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Our Terms & Conditions cover a wide range of aspects, such as who can purchase our handmade Bibles, the payment methods we accept, our policies on future product offerings, warranties, and intellectual property rights. We also outline our rights regarding account suspension or cancellation. These terms are essential in protecting both our business and our customers, providing clarity and transparency in all our interactions.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
